Admission fees once paid are non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes registration charges and processing fees.
Tuition fees are generally non-refundable. However, in special cases such as school transfer due to relocation, refund requests may be reviewed by school management.
Parents/guardians must submit a written refund request to the school office along with supporting documents. The decision of the school administration will be final.
If a refund is approved, it may take 7–15 working days to process depending on the mode of payment and administrative procedures.
Transport fees and activity charges are refundable only if services have not been availed by the student.
Holy Wisdom International School reserves the right to modify the refund policy at any time without prior notice.
